CS0318 Patient Assessment Skills - Bands 1-5

This 2 day short course provides an overview of patient assessment skills and enables an introductory development of essential baseline skills to be developed. At the end of the short course participants will be able to undertake a fundamental blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiratory assessment and be able to record accurately. They will be able to discuss the relevant patient information with a qualified practitioner and describe a patient centered approach. Learning will be very practical and will use simulation and clinical skills development techniques.
