This study day provides an insight into negotiation techniques and then enables you to explore your own strengths within the negotiation process. The day provides an opportunity to explore building positive contractual relationships, gaining mutual agreement, understanding and positive implementation. The course is run by staff that have experience of working and negotiating within health, the NHS and commercial environment. They understand your constraints and can guide you with some new skills and ideas that will make a positive difference.Suitable for all that engage in the negotiation process such as commissioners, ward and service managers, specialist practitioners, practitioners.
