CM0516 Clinical Supervision Taster

This study day will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the benefits of clinical supervision and the purpose and processes within healthcare practice. Ideas that support the establishment of supervisory relationships will be discussed as well as the exploration of roles and responsibilities of the supervisor and supervisee.

Participants will engage in simulated supervision scenarios and examine their specific needs. They will discuss strategies for establishing a supervisory relationship and identify how they would explore taking clinical supervision forward in their own practice areas.
