CM0521 Band 6 Development Programme

This programme provides you with an opportunity to enhance and empower your personal management & leadership style. The aim of the programme is to increase your confidence and to positively influence your competency outcomes in progression or promotional prospects.

The Band 6 development programme will explore your strengths and development areas maximizing potential, openness to change and development, learning to lead and influence teams, empowerment, problem solving and decision making, learning to take greater responsibility & accountability, team working, patient, community and customer care focused principles, achieving enhanced health outcomes and quality care principles, attitudes and behaviour linked to sustainability & resilience in an ever changing working world, communication and management styles that impact excellence in compassionate clinical outcomes, understand transactional and transformational leadership within the context of healthcare management.
